Serving Suggestion: Ages 12 and Older: Take 1 chewable tablet before bedtime or as directed by a physician.

Suggestions for Use: Take 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Consult your physician for: questions, if using more than 14 days in a row, or if you are sensitive to melatonin.

This product may cause drowsiness. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery while taking melatonin. Do not take/combine with alcohol or other melatonin containing products. As with any supplement, if you are pregnant, nursing or taking medication, consult your physician before use. Product not recommended for children under 12 years old.
