This is the best sweetener that I have tired. I am very fussy when it comes to sweeteners and this one taste almost exactly like sugar with no horrible aftertaste or cold feeling. The best!!!

allulose does not have after taste, it is more similar to normal icing sugar !! best for making drinks. baking wise the texture of the product will be more soft , not for all kind of bakery
