I was taking a mineral supplement from a different brand first, but I stopped taking them because I found out they use cheap ingredients that aren't easily absorbed by the body. After doing some research I found Nordic Naturals, and the ingredients they use in their products really are of the highest quality. I also love that this supplement is entirely vegan.
