As a type 2 diabetic, I was missing crumbed fish, chicken and and even meat patties. I stumbled across this product online and my prayers have been answered. The perfect low carb replacement for bread crumbs with no porky smell or flavor. If it can be done with bread crumbs then it can be done with this product.

I'm not sure. I mixed it once with minced meat to make patties. The end result was a little bit unusual but tasty, but not similar to patties with breadcrumbs. It's just something different. Same with schnitzels.
This is a good product if you on some sort of low-carb / Keto / Bernstein lifestyle. But don't expect it to replicate breadcrumbs.

can even be used in sweet recipes. crunchy and crispy. used to substitute breadcrumbs with great success. use mayo as glue.
